Job Summary: This Sr. Plant Manager (Shift Manager) will play a critical role in ensuring Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost metrics are achieved through appropriate staffing levels and resource allocation in all the essential manufacturing areas, especially during periods of increased demand or unexpected workforce changes. This individual will collaborate closely with manufacturing supervisors, HR personnel, and other stakeholders to develop and implement strategies for optimizing production resources, especially workforce levels, and manufacturing production targets while delivering the highest quality products. Note 1: Weekday night shift, will work 12 hours per day, Monday – Wednesday and every other Thursday. from 6 PM – 6 AM (3 – 4 days off per week). This role also gets a differential pay add of 10%.
