General Dentistry: Reno - Nevada

We are seeking a motivated General Dentist to join our growing team in Reno/Sparks, NV. Whether you have 1-2 years of experience or you're an experienced doctor, this is an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding career in a modern, high-volume practice. Our doctors are encouraged to practice comprehensive dentistry and continue growing clinically, with mentorship and support available every step of the way.

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry for both new and established patient base of all ages\n

  • General dentists primarily treat teens and adults, while younger pediatric patients are seen in our dedicated pediatric clinic
  \n
\n
• Perform procedures including restorative dentistry, crowns, bridges, dentures, extractions, and endodontics.
\n
• Expand your clinical scope into procedures such as implant placement and molar endodontics with mentorship and training available.
\n
• Collaborate with experienced providers in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
\n
• Focus on dentistry while working alongside dedicated clinical support staff.\n

  • 2–3 dental assistants per doctor

Schedule

Flexibility with working at either Reno or Sparks offices

• Minimum of 4 days per week\n
  \n
  • Rotating Saturday schedule with a weekday off in exchange
  \n
\n
• Office Hours:\n
  \n
  • Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  \n
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  \n
\n
• Opportunities to work additional days if desired

Patient Base

• Healthy mix of fee-for-service, PPO, and Medicaid patients\n

  • 58–60% Fee-for-Service/Cash
  \n
  • 42% Insurance

  • 8–10% Medicaid

Compensation

1099 Independent Contractor (assistance with LLC setup and guidance on independent contractor tax advantages)

• $700–$1,000 daily guarantee, based on experience
\n
• 30% of collections, with the potential to earn up to 33% for top-performing providers
\n
• $5,000 sign-on bonus (higher for exceptional candidates)
\n
• Up to $10,000 in relocation assistance
\n
• Continuing Education (CE) opportunities
\n

Qualifications

\n
• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
\n
• 1-2 years of experience preferred
\n
• Active or eligible for Nevada dental licensure
\n
• Medicaid enrollment required (providers may begin working under supervision while enrollment is pending)
\n
• Passion for learning and expanding clinical skills
\n
• Must be eligible to work as a 1099 Independent Contractor (visa sponsorship is not available)
