Quick Facts Location: 269 South Candy Lane, Cottonwood, AZ 86326 Start Date: 08/07/2026 End Date: 08/21/2026 Shift: 24-hour day shifts (07:00 – 07:00) Hours/Week: Full-time Employment Type: Contract License/Certifications: AZ license or IMLC LOQ, DEA, BLS Experience: Minimum 1 year in Orthopedic Surgery Patients per Day: Approx. 2 surgical cases, 6 new consults Support Staff: Scrub techs available; APP assisting not available Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: $3,334.50 per day (flat rate) Benefits include: Competitive pay package Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Reimbursements for travel, licensure, certification, and more Paid sick leave according to law Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated support team What You’ll Do Perform adult orthopedic surgeries, including management of pelvic and acetabular fractures and pediatrics Manage patients in a hospital setting during 24-hour shifts Provide perioperative care and support to surgical cases Collaborate with hospital support staff to deliver optimal patient outcomes Support trauma cases and urgent orthopedic needs Handle minimal post-operative coverage after 10 PM What You Need Board Certification or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery Arizona medical license or eligible through IMLC LOQ DEA license BLS certification 1+ year of orthopedic surgical experience Excellent clinical skills and teamwork mindset About the Assignment This position is with a leading facility in Cottonwood, AZ, offering professional growth in a dynamic hospital setting.
