What You'll Do As a Universal Banker, you will serve as a trusted resource for customers while delivering exceptional service and accurate transaction processing. Responsibilities include: Processing commercial and consumer deposits and withdrawals Accepting loan payments and cashing checks within approved limits Balancing cash transactions accurately and efficiently Assisting clients in opening, closing and maintenance accounts Providing advice and guidance Building strong customer relationships through outstanding service Identifying customer needs and referring appropriate banking products and services Supporting branch operations and contributing to branch goals Ensuring compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulations Adhering to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements Reporting any suspected suspicious activity to the BSA Officer promptly Participating in required compliance and professional development training Grow Your Career While Making a Difference If you're looking for a position where your work matters, your contributions are recognized, and your growth is supported, Home State Bank offers the opportunity to build a rewarding career in community banking.
