LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE

Our organization is on the lookout for a dedicated and empathetic Licensed Practical Nurse to become a vital part of our Inpatient Rehabilitation team within the Healthcare & Medical Services division. In this position, you will:

• Deliver direct care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Monitor and assess patient progress regularly.
• Assist in implementing rehabilitation plans under the guidance of Registered Nurses and physicians.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide patient-focused care.
• Educate patients and their families about care plans and health management.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in medical records.
