Providers work alongside behavioral health and nursing team members to manage patients' health and motivate lifestyle changes to optimize health while basing patient care on evidence-based practices within clinic protocols.

Qualifications
\n
\n - Completion of a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) program required.
\n - Previous clinical experience required.
