The persons in this position will maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and co-workers by patrolling, monitoring premises, and performing search procedures. All positions require the ability to work retail store business hours. Regular attendance is expected, and schedules will be offered based on the business needs and availability.\n

\nResponsibilities:\n
\n
\nAlertly monitor CCTV cameras focused on protecting employees, assets, and brands. This position can remotely or directly support the prevention and apprehension of external and internal theft following company policies.\n
\nRemain calm and communicate with on-site assets protection security, law enforcement, and store leadership, while professionally documenting and escalating incidents.\n
\nCirculate among visitors, patrons, and employees to preserve order and protect property\n
\nGuard, patrol, and monitor industrial or commercial premises to prevent safety hazards, theft, violence, or infractions of rules\n
\nEnforce rules, regulations, policies, and procedures, and respond to emergencies requiring security assistance\n
\nWrite detailed narrative reports and maintain daily activity reports (DARs), including investigating and preparing reports on incidents\n
\nAssist customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner\n
\nMonitor for irregular or unusual activity\n
\nSecure facility and designated areas\n
\nEnforce facility and company policies and procedures\n
\n
\nQualifications:\n
\n
\nKnowledge of the use of CCTV security systems and radio communications\n
\nPrevious retail loss prevention/asset protection, CCTV monitoring, security, customer service, or criminal justice experience is required\n
\nMust possess high integrity, trust, accountability, and work ethic\n
\nEffective oral and written communication skills\n
\nHigh school diploma or GED equivalent\n
\nMust have reliable transportation\n
\nAbility to stand, sit, and/or walk for long periods\n
\nMust be able to walk/run flights of stairs daily.\n
\nAbility to think clearly during crisis or high-stress periods\n
\n
