\n Quality Control (QC) Inspector Job Summary\n
\n
\n As a Quality Control (QC) Inspector, you'll inspect incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure they meet company quality standards and engineering specifications. You'll maintain accurate inspection records, identify quality issues, and collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to support continuous improvement.\n

\n What You'll Do\n
\n

  • Inspect incoming materials, parts, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and engineering specifications.
  • \n
  • Measure and test products using precision measuring tools, including calipers and micrometers.
  • \n
  • Identify, document, and report defective materials or quality concerns.
  • \n
  • Maintain accurate inspection records, quality reports, and documentation for audits and production tracking.
  • \n
  • Perform final inspections before products are shipped to customers to ensure they meet company quality and safety standards.
  • \n
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve manufacturing processes.
  • \n

\n What We're Looking For\n
\n
    \n
  • 3–4+ years of recent quality control experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • \n
  • Experience inspecting incoming materials, components, and finished products.
  • \n
  • Ability to read measuring tools and interpret blueprints with strong attention to detail.
  • \n
  • Experience using precision measuring equipment such as calipers and micrometers.
  • \n
  • Ability to regularly lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • \n
  • Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
