Production Operators
Job Description
Manpower is partnering with leading clients in Quincy, IL to hire Production Operators for newly created roles. If you’re reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to grow with a company that rewards your hard work, we want to hear from you.
Available Shifts & Pay:
- 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift
- $17.50-$27.00
- Overtime: Potential for additional hours
- Direct Hire and Temp to Hire Roles Available
- Production Operators
- Stacker Operators
- Utility Operators
- Heavy Equipment Operators
- Forklift and Shipping
What You’ll Do:
- Load raw materials or parts into production machines
- Remove finished products from machines
- Package and label completed items
- Perform large-scale assembly tasks
- Accurately record production results on required forms
What We’re Looking For:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable standing for the entire shift
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure
- Basic math skills
- Ability to interpret product drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Additional Experience required for certain roles
