What Skills You Need · 3 or more years of supervision in an industrial setting · 5 or more years of experience relating to engineering, skilled trades, or other technical fields · Systems experience - SAP. Familiar with desktop applications - MS Word, Office, Excel. Good communication skills. · Ability to be on-call and support overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed · Understanding of safe work practices and environmental requirements · Ability to quickly adjust to changing and conflicting priorities while keeping composure · Understanding of technical concepts and ability to provide support as needed · Experience leading capital and expense related projects · Ability to make effective decisions under pressure · Courage to drive accountability Strong people leadership, time management, project management, and communication skills
