Job Description

The HR Coordinator will play a key role in supporting human resources operations within a top finance firm. This role focuses on ensuring smooth HR processes and providing valuable HR support to the team in New York. Client Details My client is a top financial services firm based in NYC operating on a hybrid schedule. Description Provide administrative support to the human resources team, ensuring efficient HR operations. Assist in managing employee records and maintaining accurate documentation. Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, including scheduling and documentation. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide timely assistance. Support HR-related projects and initiatives as needed. Assist in scheduling and coordinating training sessions and meetings. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information.
