Nurse Practitioner

Our organization is looking for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive, preventive-focused primary care within our wellness-oriented practice. In this role, you will perform thorough assessments, diagnose and manage prevalent health issues, and create tailored care and wellness plans that encompass nutrition, lifestyle changes, and preventive measures.

Working collaboratively with physicians and wellness experts, you will offer continuous health coaching, educate patients, and conduct follow-ups to assist clients in achieving their health objectives. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Ordering and interpreting laboratory tests
• Documenting patient information in the electronic health record (EHR)
• Contributing to initiatives aimed at improving population health and quality of care
