The MedSurg Float Pool RN role is ideal for registered nurses who thrive in a dynamic setting and seek opportunities for professional growth. MedSurg float RNs provide support across both MedSurg and mixed acuity units, rotating between our two campuses (Main and Saints).
This position includes a float pool hourly differential and requires working two weekend shifts each month.
Work Schedule:- Hours: 36 hours per week, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Shift: Night shifts (weekend and holiday rotation is mandatory)
- Location: MedSurg Float Pool at Main Campus
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telemetry or critical care is preferred.
- Current RN licensure in Massachusetts in good standing is required.
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is strongly preferred; an Associate’s degree in nursing may be considered with a commitment to enroll in a BSN program within one year.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
- Specialized certifications such as PCCN or CVRN are preferred.

Compensation Range:The base pay range for this position is $37.50 - $47.41.
