Position: Registered Nurse
Location: Redding, CA
Department: ICU
Available Shifts: Per Diem - Days
Salary Range: $1,050 – $1,190 per shift (base gross)
Assignment Duration: 12 weeks

- Deliver direct patient care within the RN scope of practice
- Lead and facilitate patient and family education while guiding nursing staff activities in the ICU
- Take responsibility for the care and outcomes of assigned patients
- Effectively communicate changes in patient conditions to physicians, including hemodynamic data and diagnostic results
- Respond promptly and accurately to shifts in patient conditions or treatment responses
- Provide safe, high-quality patient care utilizing the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation)
ICU Education, Experience, and Training Requirements:
- Possession of a current and valid state RN License
- Current BLS certification required upon hire and must be maintained
- Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation skills are necessary
- Current ACLS certification required upon hire and must be maintained
- A minimum of one year of experience as a staff RN in an acute care hospital, specifically in critical care, is required
Our organization offers competitive pay, with an estimated compensation range for this role between $75.00 and $85.00. This estimate is specific to California and has not been adjusted for other geographic areas. The precise starting salary will be determined during the hiring process, taking into account various factors such as skills, relevant experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
