Senior Project Control Specialist Education & Experience: Master's degree in business, construction management, technical, or engineering, or a related area and five years of practical experience in project controls, including both cost and schedule control or related areas; or bachelor's degree in business, construction management, technical, or engineering, or a related area and seven years of practical experience in project controls, including both cost and schedule control or related areas; or An Associate's degree in business, construction management, technical, or engineering, or a related area and eleven years of practical experience in project controls, including both cost and schedule control or related areas; or A high school diploma and fifteen years of practical experience in project controls, including both cost and schedule control or related areas. Top Skills & Years of Experience: - Candidate must demonstrate proficient ability and knowledge in the development of cost and schedule baselines, milestone schedules, work breakdown structures, spend out plans to establish optimum conditions and effective utilization of resources and facilities, including equipment, Client, and funding. - Candidate must demonstrate strong knowledge of DOE 413 and Earned Value Management (EVM) requirements. -Candidate must be able to demonstrate advanced proficiency in the use of Primavera P6 scheduling software and cost processing software. -Candidate must be able to demonstrate their ability to use advanced functions and features of the Microsoft Office software suite. -Candidate must have strong problem solving, analysis and interpersonal skills as well as oral and written communication skills. -Candidate must have the ability to walkdown and interface with personnel and systems in the field when required.
