Salary Range: $47.67 - $56.74 per hour

Job Overview:The CT Technologist will deliver patient services utilizing diagnostic CT scanning equipment. This role requires proficiency in producing high-quality images for physicians to aid in patient diagnosis and treatment. Additionally, the technologist must provide excellent care by exercising sound judgment and discretion.
Qualifications:Required:
- Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
- Valid New Jersey Radiology license.
- ARRT Certification.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Prior experience in CT imaging.
Preferred:
- CT Certification.

- Evening Shift
- Assist radiologists with specialized examinations.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using RIS and PACS systems.
- Apply professional judgment and discretion during imaging procedures.
- Ensure cleanliness in examination rooms and work areas.
- Maintain CR cassettes and report any needing repair.
- Keep stock levels adequate in all procedure rooms.
- Conduct daily calibration and quality assurance checks as needed.
- Report equipment issues to the supervisor and submit work orders as necessary.
- Utilize RadCode for interventional billing related to specific procedures.
- Implement radiation protection principles for both patients and self during examinations.
- Use appropriate positioning and technical factors to ensure diagnostic quality images.
