Compensation Daily fee Uncapped commission Performance bonuses Weekly pay Typical first-year earnings: $35,000–$55,000 As your performance grows, so does your earning potential. Position Overview As an Entry-Level Event Sales Representative, you’ll represent nationally recognized nonprofit organizations at retail locations, community events, and promotional campaigns throughout the Las Vegas area. You’ll engage directly with the public, educate individuals about our nonprofit partners, and inspire them to become long-term monthly supporters. No prior experience is required. We provide paid training, daily coaching, and a structured development program designed to help you build professional sales, communication, and leadership skills. This is an in-person, face-to-face position and is ideal for energetic individuals who enjoy working with people in a fast-paced environment.
