Responsibilities

Work under the direction of the Polishing Team Leader.
 Plan and perform a wide variety of very complex polishing and buffing activities to
impart the desired finish within specified tolerances to partially or completely
process blades within limits of standard and recognized procedures.
 Work from gauge and operation number provided to obtain proper operation sheet
dimensions from file.
 Follow specifications to polish and buff blades of a very complex configuration
requiring the highest degree of skill to obtain desired result.
