Quick Facts: Location: 780 Swift Boulevard, Richland, WA 99352 Start Date: 08/04/2026 Duration: Full-time, long-term coverage Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (or 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM), with weeknight beeper call, weekend call shifts included Hours/week: 40 hours, guaranteed Employment Type: Full-time License/Certs: Active Washington license, DEA, BC (Board Certified) in Urology, outpatient urology and surgical first assisting experience required Experience: Outpatient urology and surgical first assisting experience preferred Pay & Benefits: Hourly Rate: $1.00/hour Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with state and federal laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do: Assist in outpatient urology clinics and surgeries Provide clinical care in inpatient and outpatient settings Participate in surgical first assisting at least one day per week Manage call responsibilities including weeknight, weekend, and 24-hour call shifts Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care Document patient interactions and procedures accurately and thoroughly What You Need: Active U.S. medical license and DEA registration BC in Urology Outpatient urology and surgical first assisting experience Ability to work full time, including call shifts Strong clinical and communication skills About the Assignment: This position involves providing urology care in a busy, well-respected facility in Richland.
