Job Description
Responsibilities: Perform routine laboratory testing to support food safety, quality, and operations. Conduct product testing and analyze laboratory results. Monitor, calibrate, and perform preventive maintenance on lab equipment. Troubleshoot basic laboratory instrumentation issues. Document test results and maintain laboratory records. Maintain customer specification books and quality documentation. Perform inspections on raw materials, in-process, and finished products. Assist with laboratory trials and experiments. Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Communicate test results with internal teams. Prepare routine reports and maintain accurate documentation.
