Unarmed Security Officer - 2nd Shift\n

\nProsegur Security is looking to fill multiple Unarmed Security Officers positions that are customer service driven for one of our networks in the Danbury/Ridgefield, CT area with a strong work ethic and quality customer service skills. We are looking for Security professionals that want to grow and develop professionally in our organization.\n
\n
\nHourly starting wage: 19.00\n
\n
\nPart-Time and Flex schedule (per diem)\n
\n
\nPosition 1: Friday, Saturday & Sunday 3pm - 11p\n
\n
\nPosition 2: Saturday 7a - 3p & Sunday 3p - 11p\n
\n
\nPosition 3: Flexible (Weekends-all shifts)\n
\n
\nJob Responsibilities and Duties:\n
\n
\nHandle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.\n
\nResolve or redirects resident/client complaints; assists customers in all inquiries in connection with site services, hours of operations, directions, SOPS, etc.\n
\nChecks in/out guests in an efficient and friendly manner.\n
\nReport maintenance or equipment problems to appropriate personnel.\n
\nMultitasking in a fast-paced setting\n
\nAlways maintain a professional image and friendly demeanor\n
\nMonitor CCTV, Fire Alarm Panel, Access controls and assist with phone calls and packages of\n
\n
\nQualifications:\n
\n
\nAt least 18 years of age or older\n
\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\n
\nMinimum 1 year of customer service experience\n
\nMinimum 2 year of Security Officer experience,\n
\nExceptional interpersonal skills and relationship building skills.\n
\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\n
\nPositive attitude and outlook\n
\nWorks well under stress and makes sound decisions.\n
