\nCompensation: $18 to $20 hourly, depending on experience, plus lease commissions and lease renewal bonuses.\n
\n
\nSchedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.\n

\nAs a Leasing Consultant, you will be the face of the property, providing exceptional customer service while driving leasing goals and creating a seamless experience for prospective and current residents. \nWhat You’ll Own\n
\n
\nLeasing & Sales\n
\n
\nShow, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the property.\n
\nAssist in completing market surveys and execute marketing strategies to maintain strong occupancy.\n
\nProcess rental applications accurately and efficiently.\n
\nGuide residents through move-in, ensuring a smooth experience.\n
\n
\n Resident Experience & Service\n
\n
\nProvide superior customer service, responding promptly and professionally to resident inquiries or concerns.\n
\nProcess maintenance requests and work with the team to ensure timely resolution.\n
\nMaintain resident files with completeness and accuracy.\n
\n
\nOperational & Administrative Performance\n
\n
\nMaintain daily updates of unit availability and community calendars.\n
\nPerform regular inspections to ensure all units meet Trinity’s move-in ready standards.\n
\nSupport property management with administrative duties, phone support, and other tasks as needed.\n
\nConduct move-out inspections and assist with property turnover procedures.\n
\nHandle resident collections in accordance with Trinity’s standards.\n

\nCommunication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with residents, prospects, and the team.\n
\nProblem Solving: Able to handle high-stress situations and resolve conflicts constructively.\n
\nQualifications\n
\nExperience: At least 1 year in a customer service or sales role; multifamily leasing experience preferred.\n
\nEducation: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus (e.g. knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations).\n
\nTech Proficiency: Intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with Yardi, Entrata, EliseAI, Celeri and social media is a bonus.\n

\nAvailability & Travel\n
\n
\nThis position will require availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Active participation in team functions and regional or company activities is expected.\n
\n
\nPhysical Demands\n
\n
\nThis position necessitates regular periods of sitting, standing, walking, as well as use of hands and arms. Occasional climbing may be required. Extended use of computers or telephones is also necessary. The role may require lifting up to 25 pounds independently, and occasionally up to 50 pounds with assistance. The ability to respond promptly to both visual and auditory alarms is essential. Candidates must be able to work both indoors and outdoors under various weather conditions, including rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, and sleet.\n
