Please Read Before Applying 16+ years of progressive IT experience, including 8+ years in solution/enterprise architecture 5+ years as lead/principal architect on full Dynamics 365 lifecycles (minimum 2 lifecycles) Required certifications: MB-230, PL-600, and AZ-305 Hands-on D365 CE/Dataverse, Power Platform, and Azure (PaaS integration, data, identity) 2+ years generative-AI/agentic development in production (Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio) and government cloud (GCC/GCC High) Able to work hybrid — 4 days onsite in Washington, DC / 1 day remote About the Role The DC Child and Family Services Agency (CFSA) is seeking a senior, deeply hands-on Solution Architect Lead to serve as the technical design authority for STAAND — an AI-enabled child welfare platform built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform (Government Community Cloud) with Azure services. The platform supports social workers, supervisors, providers, resource parents, and partner agencies across nine functional modules and six external portals.
