\n Shop Helper Job Duties:\n
\n • Wash and clean parts as needed\n
\n • Assist with basic machine operation under the guidance of experienced machinists\n
\n • Help move and organize raw materials, finished products, and equipment\n
\n • Support machinists and technicians with general shop tasks\n
\n • Maintain a clean and organized work area\n
\n • Assist with shop cleanup, including bathrooms and common areas\n
\n • Follow safety procedures while working around machinery and equipment\n
\n • Provide general support to the manufacturing team as needed\n

\n Shop Helper Requirements:
• Basic mechanical aptitude\n
\n • Ability to follow instructions and work safely\n
\n • Comfortable working in a machine shop or industrial environment\n
\n • Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or shop experience preferred\n
\n • Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks\n
\n • Comfortable lifting, moving materials, and working around machinery\n
\n • Strong teamwork and communication skills\n
\n • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic\n
\n• Basic mechanical aptitude\n
