Our associates play a critical role in keeping products moving efficiently throughout the supply chain while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity. What You'll Do Select and build customer orders throughout the warehouse Operate warehouse equipment, including: Single and double electric pallet jacks Reach trucks Forklifts (as required) Use VoCollect systems, RF scanners, and pick tickets to accurately select products Meet productivity and quality standards Follow all safety procedures and company policies Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of experience operating a ride-on electric pallet jack Previous warehouse order selecting experience preferred Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Flexibility to work extended hours when needed Commitment to workplace safety Physical Requirements Frequent walking throughout the warehouse during the shift Ability to stand for extended periods Comfortable working on concrete flooring Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures Ability to safely perform the physical demands of warehouse work Why Capstone Logistics?
