What Your Practice Will Look Like\n

As System Medical Director, you'll provide clinical and operational leadership across all three Emergency Departments while partnering with hospital administration, nursing leadership, and USACS regional leadership to advance quality, patient experience, physician engagement, and operational performance. You'll mentor physicians, promote evidence-based practice, support recruitment and retention efforts, and help shape the strategic direction of Emergency Medicine services throughout the system.
