Job Description

Job Overview: Pay Range $33hr - $38hr Requirement/Must Have: Utilizing Polyworks software with Blue light/Client/Faro operation experience. Scanning experience. Measurement Client experience. HSD with 4-5 years of required metrology experience or Engineering Degree Graduate with Coop experience. Responsibilities: Measure panels and dies using contact/non-contact measurement systems. Utilize Polyworks for analyzing data output. Support the TMNA Stamping department's objective to ensure die and panel quality. Perform measurements of stamping dies and identify gaps to target. Conduct measurements of A class, underbody, chassis stamping panels and sub-assemblies to determine statistical stamped panel quality for accuracy and formability. Analyze measurement data and make appropriate recommendations to Stamping PE and D/M on next steps. Utilize ARGUS analysis for pre-production die development panel forming predictability. Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. Education and Experience: 4-5 years of required metrology experience or Engineering Degree Graduate with Coop experience.
