Key Responsibilities

• Work 12-hour shifts, either from 8 am to 8 pm or 8 pm to 8 am.
• Complete 5 to 7 shifts each month.
• Manage inpatient care with an average of 5 patients per day, including 2 to 3 admissions and 5 to 6 nursery patients daily.
• Provide care in an inpatient hospital environment.
• Handle pediatric emergency department calls during nighttime hours.
• Required skills include inpatient pediatrics, Level I nursery care, and lumbar puncture procedures.
• Must possess NRP and PALS certifications.
• No deliveries are required, as the NICU will manage those cases.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay ranges from $125.00 to $150.00.
• Compensation estimates may vary based on factors such as the urgency of the position, your experience, and qualifications.
• All rates are inclusive, combining base pay with potential additional earnings like overtime, call, and holiday pay.
