Machine Operator

Position Summary: The Machine Operator is responsible for operating production equipment to manufacture quality parts in a safe and efficient manner. This role involves loading and unloading materials, monitoring machine operation, performing quality inspections, and maintaining a clean work area while meeting production goals. Responsibilities: - Operate production machinery according to work instructions and safety procedures. - Load and unload parts from machines while maintaining a consistent production pace. - Inspect finished parts using gauges, calipers, or other measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met. - Monitor machine performance and notify the supervisor or maintenance of equipment issues or abnormalities. Requirements: - Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience required. - Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. - Comfortable lifting and moving materials up to 25 pounds on a regular basis. - Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
