\nCar Sales Associates must be willing to:\n

\n• Conduct business in an ethical and professional manner.\n
\n
\n• Invest time in continuous product knowledge training.\n
\n
\n• Accurately present and demonstrate features and benefits of selected vehicles.\n
\n
\n• Be committed to customer service before and after the sale.\n
\n
\n• Maintain consistent contact with clients with email, phone, internet requests and other lead sources.\n
\n
\n• Present pricing options and be comfortable negotiating price.\n
\n
\nJob Requirements for Car Sales Associates:\n
\n
\nBe able and willing to work 50+ hours per week, which will include every Saturday while having a day off during the week instead.\n
\nStrong computer/internet and phone skills.\n
\nExcellent multitasking and prioritization skills.\n
\nSelf starter with strong initiative and a firm commitment to maximizing customer satisfaction.\n
\nValid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years and ALSO no major violations in last 3 years (DUI, reckless driving, etc.)\n
\nCustomer facing sales or customer service experience. Commission based experience preferred.\n
\nPass a pre-employment drug screening and background screening.\n
\n
