Job Description
Responsibilities: Supervise production, maintenance, and warehouse operations. Lead a team of skilled trades and production employees. Achieve safety, quality, production, and efficiency goals. Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and corrective actions. Investigate and resolve production, equipment, and process issues. Coordinate preventive maintenance and equipment uptime. Ensure products meet quality standards and control plans. Enforce safety policies and maintain housekeeping standards. Manage department budgets, schedules, and resources. Coordinate with day shift teams on projects, maintenance, and production priorities. Drive continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure employees receive proper training, work instructions, and tools. Support overtime, weekend, and on-call operations as needed.
