Advanced Heart Failure - Physician - Des Moines - $150,000 Bonus

Our organization is on the lookout for a board-certified or board-eligible Advanced Heart Failure Cardiologist who has completed a fellowship to join our expanding clinic. As a key member of Iowa's premier community-based Advanced Heart Failure Program, you will collaborate with a dedicated team of specialists focused on delivering cutting-edge therapies and fostering innovation in heart failure management throughout Iowa.

• Become part of a team consisting of 4 physicians and 1 advanced practice provider.

• Manage an average of 13-17 patients daily in the clinic.

• Participate in a call rotation of 1:4 weeks.

• Engage in the recently approved Barostim procedure.

• Involve yourself in implantable fluid monitoring, LVAD management, echocardiogram interpretation, nuclear medicine, and various cardiac imaging/testing.

• Each provider will have access to two examination rooms.

• Opportunity for shared outreach clinics once a month.

• Serve a tertiary service area with a population of 1.5 million.

• Enjoy a 3-year income guarantee structure: $600,000 in the first year, $625,000 in the second year, and $650,000 in the third year.

• Receive a recruitment incentive of $150,000.
