Job Description
Our organization is on the lookout for a board-certified or board-eligible Advanced Heart Failure Cardiologist who has completed a fellowship to join our expanding clinic. As a key member of Iowa's premier community-based Advanced Heart Failure Program, you will collaborate with a dedicated team of specialists focused on delivering cutting-edge therapies and fostering innovation in heart failure management throughout Iowa.
Opportunity HighlightsBecome part of a team consisting of 4 physicians and 1 advanced practice provider.
Manage an average of 13-17 patients daily in the clinic.
Participate in a call rotation of 1:4 weeks.
Engage in the recently approved Barostim procedure.
Involve yourself in implantable fluid monitoring, LVAD management, echocardiogram interpretation, nuclear medicine, and various cardiac imaging/testing.
Each provider will have access to two examination rooms.
Opportunity for shared outreach clinics once a month.
Serve a tertiary service area with a population of 1.5 million.
Enjoy a 3-year income guarantee structure: $600,000 in the first year, $625,000 in the second year, and $650,000 in the third year.
Receive a recruitment incentive of $150,000.

Our accredited Cardiology Fellowship program hosts 8 fellows and operates from 8 primary office locations, serving over 15 outreach facilities across Iowa.
