Key Hard Knockout Criteria: Active DoD Secret Clearance (Day 1 Required): Do not submit anyone who is only "clearable." Experience & Degree: Bachelor's + 10 yrs, Master's + 8 yrs, or PhD + 5 yrs in aerospace structural analysis. Core Skills: Static, dynamic, and DaDT (Damage Tolerance & Durability) structural analysis of metallic and composite airframe structures. Tools: FEMAP, NX, Teamcenter, hand calculations, internal loads extraction. Location: On-site in Melbourne, FL (1st Shift, 9/80 schedule).
