Job Title: General Laborer – Concrete Formwork Yard Position Type: Temp Assignment Schedule: Monday – Friday 6:00AM-2:30PM Location: Outdoor Yard Environment Pay: $18.00/hr Job Summary: We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to work in a concrete formwork yard. This position requires working outdoors in various weather conditions and assisting with the handling, cleaning, and preparation of concrete forms and related materials. Key Responsibilities: Clean, stack, and organize concrete forms and job site materials Assist with loading and unloading materials Remove debris and maintain a clean and safe yard environment Use hand tools and basic power tools as needed Follow safety procedures at all times Support yard team with general labor duties as assigned Requirements: Must be comfortable working outdoors in heat, cold, and varying weather conditions Steel toe boots required Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and work physically throughout the shift Reliable transportation Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Construction or yard experience is a plus Physical Requirements: Continuous standing and walking Frequent heavy lifting Repetitive physical movement What We’re Looking For: Team player with a positive attitude Safety-conscious mindset Willingness to learn and take direction
