Job Title: Teradata Developer Role Location: Charlotte, NC / Plano, TX Work Arrangement: Hybrid Client Industry: Banking Duration: 12-18 Months Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM EST Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Teradata data warehouse solutions. Develop and optimize BTEQ scripts for ETL, data extraction, transformation, and loading. Create and maintain Unix shell scripts to automate data processing and operational tasks. Perform data sourcing, data modeling, and data provisioning activities. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Teradata database performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable data solutions. Support production deployments and resolve data-related issues. Required Skills 10+ years of Teradata development experience. Strong expertise in Teradata SQL and BTEQ scripting. Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux shell scripting. Strong knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, data modeling, and data provisioning. Experience with Teradata performance tuning and query optimization. Compensation Hourly Rate: $60 - $65 per hour This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
