\nSalary Range: $18.00- $23.00 per hour\n
\nWhat you’ll be doing:\n
\nThe Shop Admin role will have both Rental and Shop Responsibilities and will report to the Service Manager. The Shop Admin supports the service manager through customer and vendor relationship building by efficiently and effectively assisting in administrative and inventory functions\n
\nRental responsibilities:\n
\n
\nYard checks\n
\nProcessing Rental agreements (in-bound/out-bound)\n
\nRecord 360 Inspections (in-bound/out-bound)\n
\nCoordinating Insurance COI (obtaining new customers/renewal of existing customers)\n
\nRental Billing (weekly/monthly)\n
\nDaily Equipment Status (road rescue night list in the portal)\n
\nUnit transfer tracker (tracking shuttle driver movements in the portal)\n
\nScanning documentation for Rental or service-related items for record keeping purposes\n
\n
\nShop Responsibilities:\n
\n
\nProviding excellent customer service to on-site visitors as well as in-bound phone calls.\n
\nReceiving DVIR forms\n
\nProviding driver with DVIR completion when picking up repaired units\n
\nReceiving Parts/Labeling parts\n
\nPM service scheduling & updates on repairs in the shop with customer base\n
\nClosing invoices\n
\n
