Mechanical Assembler I — Medical Devices
Pay Rate: $20.00 – $24.00 / hour
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Enjoy early evenings and weekends free!)
Location: On-site (Clean, modern medical device manufacturing facility)

Working under supportive supervision, you will build and package high-quality medical devices following clear work instructions.
Precision Assembly: Hand-assemble components and subassemblies using standard tools such as torque drivers, screwdrivers, wrenches, and pliers.
Quality & Compliance: Follow detailed instructions to meet high quality standards, FDA GMP guidelines, and ISO requirements.
Tech-Driven Tracking: Record production milestones accurately in the facility's ERP system and report any quality variations to engineering leads.
Packaging & Delivery: Help pack, label, and prepare completed medical products for final shipment.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Hands-On Skills: Basic mechanical aptitude with experience using standard hand tools.
Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with basic computer navigation and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Detail-Oriented: Great attention to detail with the ability to closely follow written and verbal instructions.
Reliable & Collaborative: A positive attitude with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
