Job Description
Responsibilities: Perform routine laboratory testing to support food safety, quality, and operations. Conduct analytical testing on raw materials, in-process, and finished products. Monitor laboratory instrumentation and perform calibration checks. Complete preventive maintenance and basic repairs on laboratory equipment. Record and interpret test results in laboratory databases. Communicate test results to internal teams. Maintain customer specification books and laboratory documentation. Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Support laboratory trials and experiments under supervision. Read and follow safety procedures, operating instructions, and laboratory protocols. Prepare routine reports and maintain accurate records. Escalate complex technical or quality issues when necessary.
