Responsibilities- Deliver compassionate and engaging personal care services, providing assistance, support, and companionship.
- Administer or assist residents with their medications in accordance with their Care Plans.
- Monitor residents' well-being and communicate any changes in their condition or Care Plans.
- Motivate your colleagues and work alongside the Health Services Director to assess and document resident evaluations at designated intervals.
USD $34.75 - USD $41.75 per hour.

Offers will take into consideration factors such as experience, qualifications, location, community size (if relevant), and certifications/training. Qualifications- You possess a positive outlook and enjoy working with others!
- Graduated from a state-approved nursing school.
- Hold a current state license as a Registered Nurse or Practical/Vocational Nurse.
- At least one year of experience in assisted living, hospice, home health, acute, or long-term care settings.
