- Availability of over 20 shifts each month, with 12 or 13-hour durations
- Patient load of 17 to 23 individuals per shift
- Work in an outpatient emergency department environment
- Double Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) coverage during shifts
- Newborn deliveries handled in the emergency department, with a Labor & Delivery department on-site
- Board certification is mandatory
