Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Physician

Loma Linda University Faculty Medical Group
Fontana, CA, US Full Time

Job Description

Job Description

Our organization is in search of a full-time Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) physician to take on the role of Director of the Center for Fertility and guide the program into its next phase. Following a brief clinical hiatus after the exit of our previous REI physician in July 2025, the Center is ready for a new beginning—featuring renovated facilities, upgraded equipment, and enhanced tissue storage systems that have already been optimized and audited. This presents a unique chance for an REI leader to revitalize and influence a well-established program with over 30 years of history, enjoying significant autonomy and robust institutional backing.

The Director will be responsible for developing and expanding a comprehensive REI clinical practice in close collaboration with a skilled team that includes embryologists, andrologists, lab assistants, nurses, and dedicated administrative personnel. By working alongside the embryologist, department chair, and administrator, the Director will contribute to the creation of efficient, high-reliability operations while establishing a vision for patient-focused, high-quality fertility care.

This position also includes a teaching faculty appointment at the School of Medicine, offering opportunities to mentor residents and advance REI research. The academic department is robust, comprising 37 residents and 3 fellows, along with a multidisciplinary team of OB/GYN generalists, GYN/ONC specialists, MFM, and URO/GYN physicians. Our organization has been a faith-based academic medical center dedicated to whole-person care, medical innovation, and education for over a century.

If you are enthusiastic about the chance to restart, rebuild, and lead—backed by the resources of an academic medical center and the freedom to craft a program that aligns with your vision—our organization invites your interest.
