As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, the LPN is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal communication. You will provide essential services that help patients achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and reporting any changes in patients' conditions. Additionally, you will be expected to assign tasks, provide instructions, and offer clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) on a daily basis.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Completion of an accredited LPN program
  • Current licensure/registration in the relevant state, with an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout your employment
  • Preferred: One (1) year of experience in skilled nursing
  • CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation; certification must remain current throughout employment
