Quick Facts: Location: 1 Good Samaritan Way, Mount Vernon, IL 62864 Start Date: 08/31/2026 End Date: 11/30/2026 (with potential to extend) Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week) Hours/Week: 40 Employment Type: Temporary/Contract License/Certifications: Illinois medical license, BLS required Experience: Minimum 1 year preferred Pay & Benefits: Hourly Pay Rate: $253.50 Benefits: Competitive pay package Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated support team What You’ll Do: Provide outpatient endocrine care, managing conditions such as hyper/hypothyroidism, Graves’ disease, thyroid nodules, pituitary disorders, and diabetes. Perform fine-needle aspiration (FNA) procedures. Collaborate with a supportive team including RN, diabetes educator, dietitian, and an APP. Document patient encounters using EPIC EMR. Support adult and geriatric patient populations. Maintain compliance with all licensing and certification requirements. What You Need: MD or DO with Board Certification in Endocrinology Illinois medical license (or eligible to obtain) BLS certification Minimum 1 year of relevant endocrinology experience Ability to support a flexible schedule based on the provided coverage plan Screen for availability starting in late August 2026 About the Assignment: Join a reputable outpatient clinic at a leading facility in Mount Vernon, Illinois, offering a stable schedule and an engaged professional environment.
