We are seeking an experienced SQL Server Database Administrator (DBA) with strong expertise in managing large-scale, mission-critical SQL Server environments. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in SQL Server administration, High Availability and Disaster Recovery (HA/DR), performance tuning, incident management, backup and recovery, monitoring, and automation. The role requires ownership of critical production incidents, ensuring database availability, reliability, and compliance with organizational standards. Candidates should be proficient in enterprise monitoring tools and capable of driving operational excellence through automation and process standardization. This position requires support for a 24x7 production environment and participation in rotational shifts.
