Manufacturing Line Leader · The job location is in Plano or Mckinney, Texas · Monday thru Friday: 6:00 am to 3:30 pm · Monday thru Friday: 4:00 pm to 1:30 am · The pay rate is 19.00 an hour · Temp To Perm. Position Summary The Line Leader is responsible for leading and supervising daily production line operations to ensure the safe, efficient, and timely manufacturing of high-quality products. This role provides leadership to production team members, drives continuous improvement initiatives, monitors productivity and quality, and ensures compliance with company policies, GMPs, ISO standards, and 5S/6S workplace organization practices. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong manufacturing experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to motivate teams while maintaining production, safety, and quality goals.
