Facilities Representative Location: Grand Prairie, TX Job ID: #72990 Pay Range: $75-88/hr 12 months Summary Provides support to facilities management on a variety of tasks. Gathers and reviews data concerning facility or equipment specifications, company or government restrictions, required completion date, and construction feasibility. Prepares bid sheets for construction and facilities projects. Reviews and estimates design costs including equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation, and other related costs. Requirements: 1) Bachelors Architectural or Engineering Degree. 2) Experience with Fitting Out Office Buildings. 3) Experience with Construction of Industrial Buildings. 4) Writing Scopes of Work, dealing with A&E Firms and Project Management. 5) Coachable. ***Safety eyewear will be provided & safety shoes are required for this position.*** Benefits provided: 401K, medical, dental, and vision, sick time as applicable to state law Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is an equal opportunity employer.
