Title: Business System Analyst Location: Louisville, KY (Hybrid Schedule – role initially begins onsite before transition to 2-days onsite/3-days remote Hybrid schedule) Note: This is a W2 contract role – C2C, 1099, & 3rd party candidates will NOT be considered The Business System Analyst serves as a primary support resource for Homecare Homebase (HCHB) and associated clinical applications. This role is responsible for ensuring system stability, managing incidents and service requests, and providing frontline support to clinical and operational users. The Analyst works closely with IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to resolve issues, maintain application performance, and enhance the overall user experience.
