Power Tool Repair Technician · Monday thru Friday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm · The pay rate is 20.00 to 25.00 an hour · The job location is in Irving, Texas · Temp to Perm- Position Task Troubleshoot and repair of nail guns and compressors for customers. Entry of work orders and tracking of labor hours and parts used. Ship, receive, pack parts and/or finished repaired product. Complete and submit appropriate documents of daily repairs or est. Communicate with field team to ensure customer satisfaction Problem-solve to determine the best resolution to customer issues. Interact with customers, providing the highest levels of service and productivity. Excellent phone skills when interacting with customers.
