  • Cross-train in packaging, duct, and machine operator departments.
    • \n
  • Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
    • \n
  • Work with team members to meet daily production targets.
    • \n
  • Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
    • \n
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
    • \n
  • Follow all company safety procedures and production standards.
    • \n

\n Pay: $16.00 per hour\n
\n
\n Pay increase available upon permanent hire.\n
\n
\n Schedule\n
\n
\n 12-hour rotating schedule (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM)\n
\n
    \n
  • Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday
    • \n
  • Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
    • \n
\n
\n The schedule repeats every two weeks, providing a consistent rotating work pattern.\n
\n
\n Experience or Skill Requirements\n
\n
    \n
  • No experience required—paid training provided!
    • \n
  • Basic math skills and the ability to read measurements.
    • \n
  • Ability to read a tape measure.
    • \n
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment.
    • \n
  • Ability to stand, bend, twist, and lift throughout the shift.
