Key Responsibilities- Participate in call coverage with a beeper system, ensuring a 30-minute response time.
- Maintain a call ratio of 1:3, with a callback rate of 25%.
- Manage an average of 7 patients per shift, focusing on inpatient rounding.
- Work within an inpatient setting, primarily serving a pediatric population.
- Perform essential procedures including newborn intubation, UVC, UAC, and chest tube insertion.
- Administer non-invasive ventilation and conduct needle decompression for pneumothorax.
- Provide leave coverage as needed.
